Initial Consultation

I believe establishing positive rapport is essential to the therapeutic process;
therefore, I provide a free 20-minute initial consultation for prospective counseling
clients.  This will help us determine whether we are a match and can work together effectively.

Please note that I do not accept insurance.  I am happy to provide you with a receipt so that you
may submit it to your company for out-of-network coverage, should you have such coverage.

Appointments

Scheduled during regular business hours.

For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to
complete the necessary forms.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly provide me with at least 48 hours
notice. This courtesy will make it possible to give your appointment to another client.
Cancellations without 48 hours notification will be charged the full session fee.

Directions: 

From Austin, take 290 W past Oak Hill.  Go about 9 miles and pass Sawyer Ranch Rd/ Polo Club.   
The office is located on the left in Center Lake Business Park.  You will see signs for Dermatology, CPA,
and Barbara Stroud on the board.  My office is located in Suite 700A and I share the space with
Barbara Stroud.
